What is a content advisor?

there is a box that pops up every time i want to go to yahoo or a game
or any thing on the web. i did not ask for this it was up on by one of my users how can i get rid of this?

ComputerGeek67: It's a setting that you enable through your Windows security area.

Content Advisor is like a parental control, you can set it at various levels to allow or restrict access to sites that contain content that you feel is not suitable. You can also turn it off much like you would turn off your firewall or update, anything like that.

Hope this helps.
